In conjunction with Forest Lawn Memorial-Parks, TGHS is pleased to present a guided tour of the early history of Tropico and Forest Lawn - Glendale.

Guests will gather at Forest Lawn - Glendale and then be taken by motor coach to the Glendale Southern Pacific Railway Depot. Along the way, their tour guide will discuss the early history of Tropico and how it became part of Glendale.

Guests will then tour the beautiful and well-preserved railway depot, built in 1923 in the Mission Revival and Spanish Colonial Revival styles.

After returning to Forest Lawn, guests will tour the oldest sections of Forest Lawn, where some of the early dignitaries of Glendale were laid to rest.

Following the tour, there will be a reception with wine and appetizers on a terrace overlooking Glendale.
